This week's energies....

This week we've still some conducive energies for getting stuff done.  Be sure you are consuming lots of quality water, eating quality food and getting quality sleep this week.  Don't skip meals and don't eat too heavily either.  More energy is running through and being expended by everyone during this month (increasing next week), and you'll really need replenishment.  You also need this to avoid an increased chance for becoming ill (or making others ill) too.  If you are sick, take care of yourself!  Don't forget that we are capable of unconsciously pulling energy from others, especially when our own energy stores are low.  Try to imagine what happens when everyone's energy stores are low and no one's been caring well for themselves.  It's like a tug of war on a mass scale and we're all left feeling stripped.  We already know what this does with women's hormones.  Let's try to be conscious of this for ourselves and others by taking very good care of ourselves.  There's no reason not to!  And you can't over-dose on water or sleep this month.  Remember the theme this month is Spread True Light.  That requires taking care of yourself!

(I can highly recommend an "energy" drink mix called "Emergen-C" for replacing necessary minerals, potassium, etc..
Good for energy and boosting immune system.  Works great for all kinds of energy work too.  You can find it at places like HEB and Whole Foods.)

* Don't forget to feed and water your plants (and wild birds if you do that) this week.

Try to get more done Monday and Tuesday instead of putting off till the end of the week.  Monday night's especially good for setting out a plan for Tuesday to happen by.  As long as you don't get too sidetracked with other things, Tuesday *should* be a great day to act on stuff.  If you have a plan to work from, even better.  If you fall into Tuesday though without a goal, expect to play catch-up instead.

What I'm trying to share is how we can be proactive with these energies, channeling them to assist us, instead of letting them dictate our day for us and get snagged up in the left over energies of previous days, etc..  But we need to exercise balance on our part too.

Wednesday is great energy for serving in the world, that is, if that's what you wanted to do that day.  However, if it's not, then you may feel best served to keep things very simple.  Because it'll be very easy to go overboard with serving/helping others or being walked on.  It can be a demanding day.  All those with serving souls/energies/vibrations will have to watch for this the most.  Shouldn't be a real problem, except when you really needed to get other things done, or when people (knowing or unknowing) take too much from you via your giving self - see what I mean?  Balance is key.  Those of you involved with charities, help yourself and those working with you to maintain balance, or frustrations may fly.

If you spend all day Wed. serving and all, Thursday is best spent low key and recoup, as well as reconnecting with Spirit.  Do something for yourself this day and be sure you are drinking lots of water!  You can also begin on a plan for next week, work on some writing, etc..  You can get some other stuff done this day too, though it's more likely to work if you don't try to do it with a bunch of other people, or with extra demanding souls.  So instead of dragging the whole family out to get something done together, it might be more efficient if you go alone.  Not exactly a teamwork kind of day.  And if Wednesday leaves you feeling zapped, best to just take it slow and get some rest Thursday.

Friday, well, it's a toss-up really.  Some are going to find it challenging and others are going to love it.  And it's a Friday, and a pay-day for some, which culturally helps to a certain extent anyway.  Though some may find some paperwork issues to work out.  Play it by ear and flow with it.  If others around you start to freak out, don't freak with them.  If you're waiting on important papers or finances, be proactive and check on these things early in the day so there's some time to work out any issues before the weekend (and next week).

Get in some social fun and planning time over the weekend.  Get done what you can this week though, because next week is a bit more intense.  Your goal is to float smoothly through this all.  Monday will be iffy as to whether a lot can be accomplished.  So don't put too much off.  Do it now.

Now, I'm going to challenge you to watch the energies of each day.  Each day is unique in the energies it carries, and just because one day was really good for a certain activity, doesn't mean the next "good" day to get things done is also going to be exactly the same.  However, if utilized in planning, you can get your activities and energies to flow well into each other in a way that works for you.  Do remember what I said before: the daily energies in December are already compounded.  It'll be another 9 years before this happens to us in December again.  Which also means every one of you is going to have a day this month that hits upon your birth date vibration and will seem very intense to you, yet not to others.  Why?  Because the days are already compounded in energies.  Add your birth date vibration, which places the most demand on you out of all your numbers, and you've a vibration that's even more dominant.  Couple that with whatever personal year cycle we may be in and the cycle the US and Western World are in, and we can have some very intense days on very specific individuals.  And we're under Mercury retrograde on top of that, which is stressing a lot of people out too.  So it's possible for some to experience something very different on certain days.  Service/nurturing oriented vibrations will feel this more this December than just about anyone else.
Be balanced.  Everything will shift soon.

This month's Theme: Spread True Light.

If you need a reminder about what we've been planning, go back to previous week's outlooks.
